Lucifer: All The Angels We've Met & 5 we Should Meet in Future
What're the simplest thanks to boosting your standard police procedural? You got the Devil on the fun! in fact, with that, comes the remainder of the Biblical - and Mike Carey - lore. Introduced in Neil Gaiman The Sandman comic, the Devil retired from ruling Hell and took Vacation on Earth, living
with the humans of l.a

Lucifer - Can you Recognize These Characters

Though the television program vastly differs from the comics, the town of Angels lives up to its name. So far, we have met five angels. But what about the remainder of them? We haven’t even met all of the archangels we barely skimmed the surface of the angels from the comics. So who is presumably to point out up in Season 5?

Here are all the angels from Lucifer we’ve met thus far and 5 we’ll possibly meet within the future.

Met: Lucifer
Lucifer Season 5
It’s the Devil himself! albeit he’s questionably fallen, he’s still an angel. When Lucifer Season 4 Begin's with Chloe, therapy with Linda, and several hardcore denials finally being breached, Lucifer is in a different place than he was at the start of the series

Lucifer Season 5 is going to end in style

Major props to the writers and Tom Ellis for creating us all feel for the Devil, essentially history’s first evil supervillain. Though the show differs greatly from the comics, it does carry over the themes and characters Neil Gaiman - who introduced Lucifer within the Sandman comics - typically explores in his work.

Should Meet: Sandalphon
Sandalphon
Another fallen angel, Sandalphon sided with Lucifer through the revolution upon Heaven and eventually defeated by the archangel Michael.. With Michael at his disposal, Sandalphon tried to make a military of angels to steer another assault on Heaven’s gates.

of any character introduced in the show, Dromos was probably come the closest in terms of motivations. It’d be hard to introduce Sandalphon this late within the game, especially with the foreshadowing of lovely, perfect Lilith making an appearance in Season 5.

Met: Amenadiel
Amenadiel Lucifer Season 5
Introduced within the pilot episode, Amenadiel aroused worming his way into our hearts. He was never a nasty guy, just stubborn, a touch condescending, and really self-righteous. But we need to watch him continue some soul-searching and ultimately better himself.

Which Character From Lucifer Are you

Also, the time powers are really cool. What’s great is that initially, Amenadiel would slow time to both not be seen by mortals and simply because he could. At the top of Season 2, after losing those powers, he gets them back for a hot second and uses them not for himself, but to save lots of a lover. Slowing time was truly a necessity. He hasn’t used the facility since (hasn’t been able to) but we haven’t had a situation where he would wish to again.

Should Meet: Meleos
Meleos
Ah yes, Meleos, His passion for art truly was his downfall, because the Basanos eventually broke freed from Meleos’s control and almost destroyed the universe. Thanks, dude.

Admittedly, a magical tarot deck of doom could be a touch an excessive amount of for the show, but it would’ve been cool to ascertain an expansion beyond the standard Biblical tropes.

Met: Uriel
Uriel Lucifer Season 5
The shortest-lived of the angels, Uriel was quite a jerk. Seriously. He wasn’t even working on God’s behalf when he descended from the Silver City. And stealing Azrael’s blade? What if she needed that?

But within the end of the day, it would’ve been fun to ascertain more of Uriel and the way his powers actually work. Also, please attempt to imagine Uriel with a mustache. believe it.

Should Meet: Duma
Duma
The fun thing about the Lucifer comics and associated canon is that they incorporate elements outside of the Bible. Duma has roots in Jewish mythology because of the angel of silence. in the Sandman and Lucifer mythos, Duma holds the key to Hell after Lucifer officially retired and ruled Hell After He retired to earth with the humans.

It would’ve been cool to ascertain or a minimum of hearing en passant that perhaps Duma had been residing over a Lucifer-less Hell. But TV shows intentionally function better with fewer characters. So having that responsibility play into Amenadiel’s frustrations worked better at the end of the day.

Met: Azrael
Azrael Lucifer Season 5
Did anyone see this one coming? Let’s be real, we all believed in ghosts within the Lucifer universe. If demons and angels and Hell can exist, why not ghosts?

What we got was arguably better. Quirky, hilarious, and surprisingly kind, it seems that Azrael, or Rae-Rae, is Ella’s ghostly imaginary friend. And Azrael led Ella to Lucifer because she wasn't able to be with lucifer or Ella so she decided that they can be friends. Lucifer had a heart to heart with both of them and honestly, it had been one among the sweetest things to happen on the show.

Should Meet: Michael
The Archangel Michael
You’d think the guy who was told to kick Lucifer out of Heaven would’ve shown up by now, especially considering that within the comics, he features a larger role than Amenadiel. Oh well, we’re not complaining. D.B. Woodside is wonderful.

But the simplest thing about Michael and Lucifer’s relationship is that they don’t hate one another. In fact, they get along decently well. a standard theme between them is that Lucifer will offer to team and Michael usually refuses. It’d be nice to ascertain another celestial besides Amenadiel and Azrael not villainize and after what happened in Season 4, get another body on his side.

Met: Remiel
Remiel Lucifer Season 5
In keeping with the tradition of swapping up those gender roles, Remiel within the show is played by Vinessa Vidotto. Having her jump in during Season 4 helps give us perspective on what proportion Amenadiel changed since his introduction. Looking up to Amenadiel, Remiel seems to emulate his personality and views towards humanity - she even admits the maximum amount during her conversations with Amenadiel.

She’s described as stubborn and an excellent fighter, ready to almost go toe-to-toe with Amenadiel. She is adamant about celestials not living among humans and hopefully, she’ll bring more of the angel siblings right down to Earth in Season 5.

Should Meet: Elaine Belloc
 Elaine Belloc

Please. Please put Elaine within the show. within the comics, Elaine is introduced early. Her first adventure sees her as a ghost whisperer of sorts, trying to unravel the mystery of who killed her ally, Mona Doyle. just like the true badass she is, she managed to seek out the killer and not die within the process. Through that event, she met Lucifer and later discovered that she was created by Michael.

It seems like there was a missed opportunity for the show with the new half-angel half-human baby being Charlie, but to be fair, Elaine is a pure angel. Maybe she might be wont to resolve the “no reported incidents of celestial babies” conflict.
